Under the direction of acclaimed conductor, Kay George Roberts, Lowell's only professional chamber orchestra brings together New England's best professional musicians to make high quality classical music available to all.

Lowell is filled with history and tradition and the New England Orchestra celebrates Lowell’s cultural past and its exciting diverse presence.

Founded by Kay George Roberts in 2004, NEO’s mission is to create a vital artistic partnership with the greater Lowell community by linking cultures through music and fostering an appreciation for diversity.
